Turkish pie: Cooked easily and quickly



 Ingredients:


- pie crust.


For painting:


- half a cup of water;

- half a cup of milk;

- 2 eggs;

- half a cup of oil.


For additional:


- sliced cheese;

- hard cheese (Cheddar);

- parsley (you can also use egg yolk with sesame).


Preparation:

Combine water, milk, eggs and oil.

Put a crust in the pan and grease with egg yolk. Then soak 2 crusts in that solution and place on top of the first crust.
